We provided the Home Decor Retailer with multiple layouts analyzing narrow aisle and very narrow aisle configurations. Our team assisted the client in building evaluations in Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, IN, and Monroe, OH.
After comparing layouts, evaluating locations, and negotiating lease options, the team determined that the Monroe, OH location was best suited to enhance the customer experience. Using the Forward Motion process, we provided multiple bids for products and services and ultimately implemented the solution.
