- Dismantle and dispose over 700 sections of rack supported mezzanine and 26,000 sq. ft. of clear span mezzanine
- Broom swept, anchors removed, 500,000 sq ft facility returned to original condition
- Provide a “vanilla box” turnkey building for showing potential tenants
Results
This project was completed within a vacant facility. Hy-Tek project managers worked with multiple crews to completely dismantle the system(s) in 30 days; nearly half the budgeted timeframe. The client was able to show the building has a new tenant move-in to the building within 30 days of completion.
