Erlanger, KY – August 17, 2026
Hy-Tek Intralogistics, a leading provider of warehouse automation, software, systems integration and supply chain optimization, announced that Mansi David, Vice President of Product Management, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Trailblazer Award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
The Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award recognizes female leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship and leadership are helping shape the future of the supply chain industry. David was recognized in the Trailblazer category, which honors experienced leaders who continue to pave the way for women in logistics and supply chain through innovation, leadership and lasting industry impact.
“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain, it’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” said Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”
David joined Hy-Tek Intralogistics as Vice President of Product Management, where she leads the company’s product strategy for warehouse software and automation solutions. She works across engineering, operations, sales and customer teams to develop scalable technologies that improve warehouse performance while ensuring reliability, usability and long-term customer success.
Throughout nearly two decades in software engineering, robotics, warehouse automation and product leadership, David has remained focused on one guiding principle: technology should make work better for the people who rely on it every day.
Originally from India, David earned her bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering before beginning her career in software engineering. After relocating to the United States, she
discovered her passion for supply chain technology while working inside customer warehouses and witnessing firsthand how technology could improve operations for frontline workers. Since then, she has held leadership positions across warehouse execution systems, robotics, automation engineering and product management, consistently championing innovation grounded in real-world operational needs.
Since joining Hy-Tek, David has helped establish the company’s product management organization, strengthened collaboration across departments and championed a strategic focus on software reliability and customer-centered innovation. She also continues to enable the company’s vision for advanced analytics, automation and intelligent warehouse execution while mentoring colleagues and fostering collaborative leadership across teams.
“I’m honored to receive this recognition alongside so many inspiring women across the supply chain industry and at Hy-Tek Intralogistics,” David said. “I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to work with people who are passionate about creating value for customers and who understand that innovation comes through collaboration. Whether building solutions for warehouses, or guiding future leaders, my goal has always been to improve operational efficiency while staying empathetic to the challenges and realities of the people who rely on these systems every day. I hope this recognition encourages more women to build careers in supply chain technology and contribute to the future of our industry.”
David will be recognized alongside fellow honorees at the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™, taking place Nov. 17–19 in Charleston, South Carolina.
