Joe McGrath is a Solutions Design Lead at Hy-Tek Intralogistics. He attended Iowa State University for his undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management and Purdue University for his MBA. He has also earned a 6 Sigma black belt. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry, having held a variety of roles during this time that has fueled his passion for process and system design and optimization.

Joe specializes in data analysis, operational observation data collection, system modeling, and economic optimization of solutions. The desire to innovate and invent has earned him two patents for material handling technologies: bulk-singulation and bulk-decanting. He is always looking to push the envelope of what a company’s supply chain is capable of, utilizing his unique perspective and innovative insights
